You can now shop online 24/7 at your convenience.  You may contact us at any time by emailing us at ladybugstitches@bellsouth.net.  However, our office hours for phone contact is Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM.  Our phone number is 318-469-5336, you may contact us by phone during those hours.

We now accept and prefer Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Pay Pal. 

 

Pal Pal protects your transactions with "Industry Leading Fraud Protection" and does NOT share your information with merchants.  You will receive a receipt from Pay Pal once your transaction is complete.

 

At this time we are NOT accepting personal checks or money orders. 

 

All Louisiana residents will be charged sales tax.

Please note that at this time your order will take 2-3 weeks to create, this does not include shipping time****  All orders are custom made and take time so please be patient.  We want your item to look as good on your child as it would on ours!

 

We currently ship thru the US Postal Service.  Our shipping rates are as follows:

Refunds and Exchanges:

 

Due to the Personalization and Customization of out items, it is our policy to ONLY Exchange an item IF you receive a damaged item.  Please be careful when giving us the spelling of names or giving initials for personalized items.  If an item is personalized incorrectly due to our error, we will correct our mistake.  However, if the item is misspelled due to incorrect information given to us by the customer at the time of order, a new item must be purchased at full price to include shipping and applicable tax.
