The Kynzie Outfit

This precious outfit is a must have!  2 piece set features elastic covered ruffled straps easy to slip over the head.  Made with 3 different floral fabrics that create a boutique look.  Pants are Bella Ruffle pants and have elastic waist.  It would look just as cute with a long-sleeved shirt underneath.
