Toot Toot Pants Set

The Toot Toot Pants Set is a 3 piece Boutique Style set that includes:  top, sash, & pants.  It is so versatile because the top is long enough to be worn as a dress by itself or with the pants.  That means you have two outfits in one!

 The top is the same style as the Sweet Pea Peasant Dress and pants are made to fit loose and belle out at the bottom with ruffle. 

Outfit is made from two different 100% cotton light weight fabric of pink, yellow, and black.
